Kwan-Hyuck is currently a Ph.D. student at Civil and Environmental Engineering in UMASS, Amherst. He earned his Bachelor degree (2013) and Master degree (2018) at Hanyang University, Civil and Environmental Engineering in South Korea. Before starting a master course, he worked as an engineer at Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd, one of the construction corporations in South Korea. He is now interested in impacts of climate changes on water resources and flood and drought frequency analysis with a focus on stochastic hydrological modeling and data assimilation.
